This elegantly appointed 2BR/2BA apartment is a perfect getaway for couples or families of four. Located in one of the most desirable areas in Paris, the apartment is a five-minute walk to the famous Rue Cler Market, lined with bakeries and great restaurants. The Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, and Champs-Élysées are all within walking distance, and La Tour-Maubourg metro station is just outside the front door, putting all of Paris right at your feet!

Your air-conditioned apartment is on the fifth floor of a magnificent building with an elevator and overlooks the monuments of Paris, including a breathtaking view of Les Invalides from the living room. This stylish and very Parisian apartment was completely renovated to a high level of design, comfort, and convenience carefully utilizing every inch of space. Amenities include two bedrooms (double and two twins), two Parisian-style marble bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and free WiFi.




General Information

What is the prize?
Raffle winner will receive a one-week stay at the l'Esplanade Apartment in Paris, France, to be arranged with the fine folks at Doorways, Ltd. Total prize package is valued at approximately $4,090. Winner is responsible for airfare and a refundable damage deposit. The apartment is non-transferable and must be used by 8/31/19.

What are the odds of winning?
Odds of winning depend upon the number of raffle tickets sold. We will not set a limit on the number of raffle tickets sold, either by patron or in total.

When does the raffle start? When does it end?
Raffle ticket sales begin Monday 3/12/18 and may be purchased until 11:59PM on Sunday 6/24/18.

How will the winner be selected?
We will select the winner by random drawing at our offices on Monday 6/25/18 at noon. Winners need not be present to win. We will notify the winner directly and post the winner's name on our website and social media.

How will the winner be notified?
We will contact the winner using email/phone information provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 10 business days after our initial contact, we will send notification through certified mail. After an additional 10 business days, we may, at our option, select an alternate winner.

Who is eligible to win?
Winner must (a) be at least 18 years old at the time of purchase; (b) be a U.S. resident physically residing in the United States or District of Columbia, and (c) not be precluded by applicable law from participating or winning. Lantern Theater Company employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
