For Your Information

  • Selecting Your Seats: The house opens 30 minutes before showtime. With our new Priority Seating program, Lantern subscribers and flex pack holder will be invited to enter the theater first, giving you first choice of any available seat. Seating is General Admission.
  • Late Seating: Due to the intimacy of the Lantern's Mainstage theater, we are unable to seat patrons in the orchestra once a performance has begun. If you arrive late or need to use the restroom during the show, our House Manager will escort you to the first available seat in the balcony to avoid disturbing the performance. Balcony seating is extremely limited, so please make every effort to arrive on time. Refunds will not be granted for latecomers.
  • Accessibility: We regret that our resident home, St. Stephen's Theater, requires the use of stairs and is therefore not accessible to patrons using a wheelchair. We are, however, able to accommodate patrons with early seating or other special needs – including our new open captioning service. When ordering tickets, please let us know how we can assist you.
  • Seating Charts: Our flexible theater is transformed to best suit the specific needs of each production, ensuring that every seat provides the best possible view of the action. Due to this flexible seating arrangement, we regret that we are unable to post seating charts at this time.
